About Pameran Poskad
Pameran Poskad is a group exhibition of postcard-sized artworks that is open to anyone and everyone!

Participants come from a variety of backgrounds. Some are internationally recognised artists; others are students, engineers, homemakers and even little children! Artworks can be in any form like drawings, ceramics and even soft toys, as long as they fit into the plastic sleeves provided.
Pameran Poskad provides everyone with the opportunity to be involved in art as creator, exhibitor, appreciator, collector and organiser. You can be all of them! Create something you enjoy, experience exhibiting your works with 499 other artists, and find artworks that speak to you from 5,000 submissions; bring your favourites home and continue appreciating them for years to come! Apply by 1 October 2020 and submit up to 10 artworks by 15 October (per application) to be exhibited during the Pameran Poskad exhibition. The artist can put their artworks up for sale at their desired price and interested buyers can purchase them during the exhibition. Pameran Poskad organizers take no commissions from the sales of your artworks. Remember that 10% of all artwork sales will be donated to our designated charity, Beautiful People.
Participants are reminded to come and collect any unsold pieces and sales of the artworks from the venue on the last day of the exhibition. For overseas participants, they will be shipped back to you and sales amount will be transferred via paypal. Pameran Poskad reserves the right to retain/dispose of, and assumes ownership of any uncollected works.

The exhibition is planned for 11 - 20 December 2020.
You can purchase any artworks during the Pameran Poskad exhibition. All sales are by cash only and no reservations of any artworks are allowed. Collection of artworks will only begin from the last day of the exhibition at the venue or you can also choose to have the artworks delivered to your address for a fee.
Please keep a copy of your order form that contains your purchase details for the artworks. If you wish to ask someone to collect the artworks on the behalf for you, please ensure that the person has a copy of your order form (whether a photocopy/scan/screenshot) so that we can verify the purchase.

Pameran Poskad has again partnered Beautiful People to be its designated charity for its 7th edition in 2020.
Beautiful People is a mentoring programme which believes in building purposeful relationships that empower their mentees to live their dreams. Working with various organisations such as the Pertapis Centre for Women and Girls, Tent, Gracehaven and Changi Women's Prison, volunteers embark on mentoring journeys with mentees that impart important life skills to create new possibilities in their lives.

Application comes with a fee of S$50 + $3 administration. Pay on Paypal when you receive confirmation of submission of this form.

250% tax deductions apply. If you would like to claim the 250% tax deduction, please provide your Name as per NRIC, your NRIC number in the form so Beautiful People can process the tax deduction.
Applications and submissions close on 1 October 2020 (or as otherwise advised by the organizers).
Submitted works must be original. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork deemed unsuitable.
We reserve also the right to photograph the artworks and use the images for publicity and communications purposes only.
Pameran Poskad will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your artwork during shipping and handling. Please consider sending your artworks by registered mail or by hand if they are of high value.
Local participants are reminded to come and collect any unsold pieces from the Exhibition Gallery on the last day of the show on 20 December 2020 (TBC) (10:00am - 8:00pm). Should you be unavailable for collection on the last day, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Pameran Poskad possess the right to retain and assume ownership of any uncollected works after 3 months from the last day of exhibition.
International participants must bear shipping costs to THEO ARTS, Singapore, and also any return costs. Pameran Poskad will notify you the cost of return shipping by registered post.
Pameran Poskad will send updates and information of Pameran Poskad through the email you indicated. Exhibition dates are from 11 - 20 December 2020 or as arranged by the organizers.
