PARTICIPATION PACK

• Buy your Participation Pack for a fee of S$30 + $3 administration. Pay by Card or PayNow to complete your registration. We will mail you the Pameran Poskad Participant Pack at your Singapore address provided.

 

• For addresses outside Singapore please add on S$3 for standard postage.

 

• Registrations close 1 day before the exhibition start date, or when all Participation Packs are sold out.

• Purchases are non-refundable.

ARTWORK CRITERIA

• The Poskad Artwork Content should follow Public Art Guidelines.

 

•  The Poskad sized Artwork must be able to hang from it's side or back on a net or other suitably chosen surface as decided by the organiser and should not weigh more than 100gms. All Artwork must be able to be hung as there will be no tables provided for display of artwork.

 

10% GIFT TO COMMUNITY PARTNER

• Pameran Poskad organisers take no commissions from the sales of your artworks. But 10% of all artwork sales will be gifted to our designated community partner(s).

 

• However if you wish to donate 50% or 100% of your artworks sales, please tick the box in the form. Let's support someone's dream to come true through your creation!

 

PHOTOGRAPHY & USE OF ARTWORK IMAGES

• Submitted works must be original. The participant warrants that they are the owner of the intellectual property of each artwork submitted. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any artwork deemed unsuitable.

 

• Two artwork images should be sent to us on the form provided by 14 days before the exhibition start date. These may be featured on Pameran Poskad X KSL social media.

 

• The organisers of Pameran Poskad reserve the right to photograph the artworks and use the images as well as artwork images submitted to us for publicity and communications purposes for the event.

 

SEND & COLLECT YOUR ARTWORK

• Singapore-based participants should send their artwork in person to the selected exhibition venue on Exhibiton Start Date from 10:00 am - 11:00 am for display. For overseas participants artwork should be sent to Pameran Poskad reaching us 5 days before exhibition starts.

 

• Pameran Poskad will send updates and information of Pameran Poskad through the email you indicated.

 

• Exhibition dates are planned as follows, or as arranged by the organisers.

1. KSL BT PANJANG         2 - 10 Aug

2. KSL JURONG EAST      12 - 20 Aug

3. KSL BISHAN                  22 - 30 Aug

• Local participants are reminded to come and collect any unsold pieces from the Exhibition Gallery on Saturday 30 August at Kim San Leng Bishan, Blk 511 Bishan St 13, #01-522, Singapore 570511 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Should you be unavailable for collection on the last day, please email pameranposkad2020@gmail.com. Pameran Poskad possess the right to retain and assume ownership of any uncollected works after 60 days from the last day of exhibition.

 

• International participants must bear their own shipping costs to PAMERAN POSKAD, Singapore, and also any return costs. Pameran Poskad will notify you the cost of return shipping by registered post, and will deduct these fees from sale proceeds when payment is made.

 

• Pameran Poskad will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your artwork during delivery, shipping and handling. Please pack your artworks carefully if they are of high value or fragile.

 

• Pameran Poskad will not be held liable for any loss/ damage that may occur at any time during the course of the exhibition including delivery, installation, display and bump out periods.

 

OTHERS

• Pameran Poskad and the organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

• By submitting this application form, you agree that the Pameran Poskad organisers may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, or (if applicable) obtained by our organisation as a result of your participation, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy (available at our website): (a) the processing of this application; and (b) the administration of the event by our organisation. We will abide by all data protection regulations, including how you may access and correct your personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data.
